The Stadtcafé with its own patisserie in Bad Dürkheim's pedestrian zone is an institution for starting the day and for a sweet pause in between. From the in-house bakery come fine cakes, pralines and Palatinate specialities such as almond croissants and cheesecake, along with fresh rolls and a long breakfast offering from croissant to a hearty farmer's breakfast. At lunchtime, small warm dishes, quiche and cakes round out the menu, while the afternoon brings classic coffee and cake. The atmosphere is bright, unfussy and friendly, with seats right on the shopping street for watching the bustle.
